Quality Control

The quality of the Genomic DNA Maxi Kit (Plant) is tested on a lot-to-lot basis according to Geneaid's ISO-certified quality management system. Genomic DNA is extracted from 500 mg fresh young leaf samples. The purified genomic DNA (>80 µg) is quantified with a spectrophotometer and analyzed by electrophoresis.
